The stool tool captures the codebase state to a storage directory, creates symbolic links to the Lean project (bypassing slow duplication of .lake/ and .git/), and dispatches a SLURM task. The primary node operates the coordinator in background execution; all nodes (including primary) function as workers retrieving assignments from the coordinator.
